Overview

Strategic Systems and Technology specializes in the design and integration of data collection systems that address critical business challenges. For large and small deployments alike, enlisting the help of Strategic Systems' technical team to complete loading of configuration settings and software is instrumental in the success of a project rollout. Through our staging services, the technical team is available every step of the way to provide insight and assist in configurations to ensure a successful deployment.

Services

Product Education & Equipment Options

In the initial phases of a deployment, our team spends time with the customer to gather requirements, understand the process, and outline the desired goals of the project. Based on the business needs, we will suggest tools and configuration options that help maximize the benefits of the devices. During this phase we take the following into consideration:

- Device Security - Define required wireless settings, limit user access to the device, etc.
- Cold Boot Resiliency - Help ensure the device always returns to a consistent state even through complete loss of power.
- End User Experience - Assist in outlining device configuration and application options to provide a clean end to end experience for the mobile user.

Device Configuration

Once the final configuration is confirmed, our technical services team is available to provide staging services to configure all devices for a deployment accurately and efficiently. Through this process we verify that all devices will arrive at the customer facility ready to use out of the box with batteries charged, configurations and applications loaded, and all hardware confirmed operational. Should we come across any inoperable units, we will handle the return or repair behalf of the customer.

Ongoing Support

Strategic Systems offers ongoing support options for our customers in the form of e-mail and phone support. We are available to help troubleshoot both during initial deployment of hardware and ongoing as the devices are used in the field.

Additionally, we can provide maintenance services such as:

- Device Firmware Upgrades
- RMA Processing (restaging after return or repair)
- New Application Deployment Assistance

Training

Our product certified technical teams are equipped to provide onsite or remote training for new systems sold and deployed by Strategic Systems.
